A physician leaving the system usually has the medicine figured out and the business not yet. The first step is the entity the practice runs through, and it differs by state. Our partners form them for a living and can tell you in one call what yours will take.
A partnership that runs both ways.
We introduce physicians who are not yet open to counsel we trust. Our partners point practices that are open toward Openwell when patients are the next problem to solve. Nobody pays anyone for either introduction, and no firm can buy a place here.
Start with a conversation.
Every partner offers a short discovery call before anything is signed. You describe where you are, they tell you what forming the practice involves, and you decide. A call on its own does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Listed alphabetically, unranked, and never paid placement. Openwell is not a law firm, provides no legal services, and receives no portion of any legal fee. Our first partners are California-licensed; tell us your state at network@openwellhealth.com and we will look for counsel there.
